$149/year

As a RED customer, you receive all of these benefits:

PRIORITY ACCESS

When you pay a one-time per year contract fee, you receive priority service when scheduling during normal business hours.

SAFETY INSPECTION

You receive an annual inspection of your home plumbing system to ensure safe operation. Customer must call to schedule an inspection.

 

RED PREFERRED MEMBER PRICING

You will receive a 10% discount off any materials needed

GUARANTEED RATES

Your rate will not change for the period of your service agreement so there are no surprises.

 

TRANSFERABLE

Agreement can be transferred to the buyer of your home, or applied to a new home purchase.

WHITE

$199/year

As a WHITE customer, you receive all of the benefits of the RED agreement PLUS:

 

WHITE PREFERRED MEMBER PRICING

You will receive a 15% discount off any materials needed

 

HOSEBIB INSPECTION

Inspect all hose bibs on the exterior of home during Spring/Summer months

 

METER INSPECTION

Inspect meter for leaks

$249/year

As a BLUE member, you receive all the benefits of the RED & WHITE agreements PLUS:

You will receive a 20% discount of any materials needed.

Free sewer drain camera inspection with paid drain cleaning. ($325 value)​

Annual Safety Inspection Includes

  • Inspect the water heater for signs of damage and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency.

​​

  • Check all faucets for leaks and corrosion, clean aerators for proper water flow.

​​

  • Check all supply lines under cabinets.

​​

  • Check all shut off valves for leaks.​

  • Inspect all toilets for leaks and proper flushing action.

​

  • Adjust flapper, float ball and overflow tube fi needed to be set at manufactures specifications.

​

  • Inspect all fixture drains for proper drainage.

​​

  • Check washing machine hoses for signs of damage or kinks that may lead to leaks.
